We are looking for a Legal Officer for a company based in Schiedam (near Rotterdam). This company creates custom-designed structures and tools to help you perform your offshore or heavy civil installation projects safely and on time. They are a reliable partner that provides cost-effective and suitable solutions, no matter what the challenge is.
Functieomschrijving
The main goal for a Legal Officer at our company is to service the company in all legal matters. As Legal Officer youll have to review, draft and negotiate all terms & conditions and contracts with our clients. Other legal tasks range from checking Non-Disclosure agreements, managing our employer- and employee insurances, to ensuring a good corporate structure. Together with an experienced colleague you will be the Legal team within the organization.
Functie-eisen
- MBO or HBO legal education; you are recently graduated, or you have a few years of legal work experience - Knowledge of relevant laws, rules and regulations - Fluent in English and Dutch (a prerequisite due to the international nature of our work floor)
