Your challenge:
To sell the best hotel in Maastricht!
As Euregio Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving both the budgeted MICE and Room revenue. You know the local market and are always looking for new leads and opportunities. You make sure goals are achieved. You will be spending 4 days per week on the road, looking for new business. You will be part of the Commercial Team and report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Your main tasks:Being responsible for the budgeted Corporate and MICE revenue, you will be driving profitable Corporate and MICE revenue and market share growth;Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients;Strategic account management;Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity;Your day to day job: Client acquisition, sales calls, sales blitzes (responsible for your own agenda);Fairs & exhibitions;Attending several IHG Sales events

Who are you?You have a bachelor in commercial management or hotel management;You have at least 3 years of experience in pro-active Corporate and or MICE Sales;You are pro-active and result driven;You are a strong communicator;You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably speak German and French;You live in the Euregion!
